Perpetual Software Group, LLC. does not provide any customer records or communications to any party without following legal process, include proper receipt of warrants, subpoenas and court orders.

Refund Policy

Payment for software products is due in full at the time of purchase. Consumption in the state of Georgia will be charged the appropriate sales tax for each county/city. If you are not satisified with your purchase with 30 calendar days from time of purchase then a full refund will be provided less any customer programming expense incurred. Custom programming and Software support plans offer no refund period.
